We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services when necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Service Requests and Payment
All service requests submitted through our website, phone calls, or other channels are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Gordon’s Towing & Recovery. You agree to provide accurate information necessary for dispatching our services. Pricing will be discussed and confirmed at the time of service or during scheduling. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as specified by our team.
Service Terms
Our towing and recovery services are performed with care and in accordance with industry standards. However, certain conditions such as vehicle condition, road access, weather, or hazards may affect how and whether services can be performed. Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from vehicles prior to towing or recovery. Gordon’s Towing & Recovery is not responsible for items left in vehicles during service.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched may be subject to a service fee. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances and the nature of the services already performed.
Liability Disclaimer
Gordon’s Towing & Recovery is not liable for damages, losses, or delays resulting from factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to accidents, weather, traffic, or mechanical failures. While we exercise care during towing and recovery operations, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or property.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
